Stay with friends and family in our fully restored 19th-century three-bedroom Saltbox vacation home located near Greenport Village in the heart of the North Fork of Long Island. Built in the 1830s and thoughtfully renovated in 2020, this historic home preserves its original architectural charm while offering modern amenities and comfort.

The Saltbox Greenport blends timeless character with stylish design. Guests enjoy a full-size updated kitchen, two beautifully renovated bathrooms, including a classic claw-foot tub, and warm, open living spaces ideal for gathering after a day exploring North Fork wineries, beaches, farm stands, and waterfront restaurants.

Relax beside the calming gas fireplace in the sitting room or the cozy wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen. Walk across original wide plank floors dating back to 1830 while enjoying thoughtfully curated décor and comfortable furnishings that make this North Fork retreat feel both historic and effortlessly modern.

Enter through the main door and take in the elegant layout and curated décor throughout the home. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen-size bed, dresser, storage, a spacious closet, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a classic claw-foot tub. The second bedroom is on the main floor and features a queen-size bed, a dresser, and a Smart TV.
A third bedroom can be arranged upon request and features a queen-size Murphy bed with an ensuite bathroom (additional charge applies at the time of reservation).

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining. Guests enjoy a six-burner gas range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and coffee grinder. For coffee lovers, we provide a K-Cup Slim Coffee Machine, a coffee press, and a tea kettle, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and espresso beans for your stay. The kitchen is also fully stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, and glassware.

Your hosts are hands-on and offer an à la carte menu prior to arrival, helping curate a memorable North Fork getaway with optional enhancements for your stay.

The private driveway accommodates up to three mid-sized vehicles, and a Tesla/electric vehicle charger is available upon request at the time of reservation confirmation.
